Declan O'Connell, 11th grade SPHS Culinary Arts intern, created a festive gingerbread village. He began work on this gingerbread display in September. One of the unique aspects of this project is that Declan incorporated work of previous culinary students in his village. It is the hope of the culinary arts program that the gingerbread display will grow each year!
