First Graders in Mrs. Volps class finished up their Astronomy Unit by building space shuttles! Before creating their shuttles, they learned all about space, what it takes to be an astronaut and the components of a shuttle. Next they created a design, then they got to building! Early Release tomorrow - Wednesday, Feb. 14
First-grade students celebrated their 101st day of school today. They started with a fun show by Ladybug the Clown about 'Heartprints" and showing kindness. Then they enjoyed some fun stations centered around 101. In the end, they all magically turned into Dalmatian puppies just like the 101 Dalmations! #spsdlearns #togetherwesoar
